Moderation on site

I'm looking to get feedback on the extent to which users wish to have centralized moderation. I'm of the opinion that spam and adult content should be the only real hard drawn lines in the sand. Cursing and other subjective behavior can be handled via users choosing to block one another.

I'm listening for input as I establish documents and rules.
